Shipping times will be determined after your order is processed, your payment method is validated, and at the time your order is shipped. Actual delivery dates are not guaranteed and are subject to factors beyond our control, including delays by the carrier or delivery company, supply chain issues, weather, traffic, and other factors.

How can I track delivery?

If you ordered from multiple LuxeTruc brands and partner boutiques, your items will arrive separately. LuxeTruc will email you with the tracking information and an estimated delivery date when each item is sent. You can also track your order by heading to Orders & Returns in your account.

How much will I be charged for delivery?

This varies depending on the size, weight and destination of your chosen items. LuxeTruc offers One Delivery Fee for orders above a certain threshold – this means you can order multiple pieces from multiple locations for one fee. You’ll see the delivery fee at the checkout.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We do not offer worldwide shipping.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be charged on orders shipped within the US, except Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire, and Oregon.
